Mobile Messaging Privacy Policy

When you explicitly opt-in to receive SMS notifications, alerts, or interactive messages from the Sozala Personal AI Agent, we collect your mobile phone number and any messaging preferences you provide. 

2. Use of Mobile Data & Text Frequency
We use this information solely to deliver the AI agent communications you have requested. Message frequency will vary based on your specific interactions, settings, and engagement with the AI agent. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

3. Strict Non-Sharing Commitment
Your privacy is paramount. No mobile information, phone numbers, or text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will be shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. 

4. Opt-Out and Help Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our messaging number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Following this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you need assistance or have questions, simply reply "HELP" to the messaging number.
