Services

Due to the customized nature of consulting and AI solution work, all fees for services rendered are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided.

If you believe there is a mistake or issue with the services received, please contact us within 7 days of project delivery. We will review your case and may offer a partial refund or service credit at our discretion.
Prepaid Retainers or Deposits

If you cancel a service before any consulting work begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any non-recoverable third-party fees or significant preparatory work already completed.
Workshops or Training

Refunds for scheduled workshops or training sessions are available if canceled at least 48 hours in advance of the event. No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.
How to Request a Refund
To discuss a refund or request reconsideration, please email info@sozala.com with your name, project details, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
